Betty A. Kincaid, CES (Certified Exchange Specialist) founded the former Southwest Exchange in 1990, providing local intermediary service to Southern Nevada investors. Under her direction, the company became the largest of its kind in the state.
Betty sold controlling interest of the company in 2004. Since then, she’s worked with the Nevada Legislature to craft laws that protect clients who use registered intermediaries.
Betty is active with the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®, the fastest growing REALTOR® association in the country. She’s a director of Black Mountain Community Bank, and sits on the board of the University of Nevada – Las Vegas Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies.
In 2006-2007, Betty serves on the executive committee of the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2005 Betty served as President of the national Women's Council of REALTORS®.
